We provide you with consistent and accurate gas sample injection through our proprietary vaporization technology. Other sample vaporization equipment uses a larger volume gas path system, which causes the sample to be segmented during vaporization, resulting in incomplete sample analysis and errors. The vaporizer can effectively control the injection volume, ensuring that all components in the liquid sample can be effectively vaporized and enter the gas chromatography simultaneously. The liquid vaporization sampler is not only more convenient than traditional liquid injection valves, but also provides more accurate results. This eliminates the density variation caused by traditional liquid sample injection valves, which leads to analysis errors.Design with user adjustable heater. A separate heater is used to insulate a 30 "(approximately 76.2 cm) long sample pipeline with an inner diameter of 1/16" to prevent the sample from re condensing after gasification.
Note: If impurities are dissolved in the sample and cannot be vaporized, it may cause blockages in the pipeline. The product warranty does not cover pipeline maintenance work in this situation.
